Mansfield, Neater Pearl Brooks, 88, passed away Friday, January 1, 2021, at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital after an extended illness
Neater was born May 17, 1932, in Andalusia, AL, to the late Jack Feagin and Sarah Johnson. She made Mansfield her home.
She leaves to cherish in her memory her sons, Ehram (Kim) Brooks Jr., and John Feagin; daughters, Leola Brooks, Brenda (Duane) Jefferson, Rosie Feagin, Karen Brooks and Sarah (Bobby) Watkins; granddaughters, Kara Brooks, Theyonna Phelps, Antoine Perdum and Carol Perdum; grandsons, Tre’Marius Lane and Tre’Shawn Lane, 20 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; a host of relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Catherine Martin; son, Billy Jo Feagin; granddaughter, Sylvia; Martin-Smith.
The services will be private, social distancing protocol will be honored.
The family has entrusted Small’s Funeral Services with the arrangements.
