Mrs. Pearl Howard, 79, passed away on January 9, 2022. Pearl was born on July 12, 1942 in Bucyrus, OH to Nelly and Washington Carter.
Pearl was a member of Oasis of Love where she served on the Mothers Board and Missionary Board Ministries. She retired from Mansfield City Schools as a Social Worker and Secretary.
She is preceeded in death by her parents; husband, Freddy Howard Jr.; and son, Frederick Rynel Howard.
Pearl is survived by grandchildren, Jamario (Danielle) Fuller and Isis (Ron) Pounds; niece, Lona (Elder Shawn) Jackson, great grandchildren, Maria, Jamario “Rico”, and August; “Her Girls”, Brinda Windham, Cathy Pointer and Inez McCruter and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation 10:00am and Funeral 11:00am Monday, January 17, 2022 from at The Oasis of Love 190 Chester Ave. Interment at Mansfield Memorial Park.
