Obituary
Margaret Elaine "Peg" Fisher, 67, of 250 Union St., Lucas, died Thursday afternoon in Mansfield General Hospital following an extended illness.
She was born Feb. 1, 1923, in Mansfield and had lived in the area most of her life.
Mrs. Fisher was retired from Westinghouse. A member of the First Congregational Church, she was a volunteer for the Lucas-Monroe Fire Department and had taught first aid for the American Red Cross for 40 years.
Surviving are her husband, William; a stepson, Robert H. Fisher of Lucas, a brother, Wallace C. Crowl of Phoenix, AZ; her twin sister, Marjorie Sjursen of Portsmouth, Va; and a niece and two nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clay and Anna Willis Crowl.
Calling hours are from 7-9 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, where services will be held Friday at 11am by the Rev. David Root. Burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park.
