Obituary
Garnet Helen Bartram Huff passed peacefully April 16, 2022 at the age of 93. She was born October 30, 1928, in Fort Gay, West Virginia. She was a strong Christian and often proclaimed with joy that she got her ticket to Heaven long ago. She loved the Lord and loved her family, friends and her little dog, Pearl. She took comfort in waking each morning to enjoy the Day the Lord has made.
Garnet is survived by her son, Jack Huff; daughter-in-law Cheryl Huff; daughter, Diann Hittinger; and four grandchildren, Jobe and wife Kerri Hittinger, Abel and wife Somer Hittinger, Heather Deel and fiancé Patrick Wischmeier, Zac Huff and wife Amy. She was blessed with eighteen great-grandchildren; a sister, Julia Jones; special nieces, Joan Carter, Sherry Smith, Kay Moore, Joy Tinkham; and a dear friend, Doris Martin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Huff; daughter Brenda Huff Hamilton; and grandson, Jeff Hamilton.
Visitation will be held on Thursday April 21, 2022, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. in the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road. The funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. She will be laid to rest in Mansfield Memorial Park.
