Obituary

Karla Susanne Hass, age 66, of Olmsted Falls, OH, passed away on March 10, 2025. She was born in Mansfield, OH, to Karl Heinz and Katharina (Schmidt) Hass.
Karla graduated from Ontario High School in 1976 and went on to work for many years as a freight forwarder in the family business. She was dedicated to her work and to the legacy of her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Karl Heinz and Katharina (Schmidt) Hass; her aunt, Susanne (Schmidt) Jacoby; her paternal grandparents, Adolf and Erna (Pankow) Hass; her maternal grandparents, Paul and Katharina (Geibel) Schmidt; and her cousin, Erick (Helmut) Marx.

In accordance with Karla’s wishes, there will be no services. She will be laid to rest at Mansfield Memorial Park alongside her parents.
