Obituary
Donald Eugene Jones, 92, passed peacefully through the night at his home in Mansfield on Monday, August 15, 2022.

Don was born February 3, 1930, in Lucas, Ohio of the late Oscar and Helen (Bajek) Jones. He retired from Mansfield Products Company (Westinghouse) in 1990 after 35 years of service. Don was a Life Member of Ohio AMVETS Post 26. He remained active until the end with regular trips to Columbus to share the company of his close companion, Patty Zeiter, of Westerville. Don enjoyed socializing and playing games with Bill & Janice Dechert (close friends) and Barb Harmony (step-daughter). He spent most of his holidays with Patty and her extended family.

Don is survived by his sister, Mary Alice Brumfield, of near Powell, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Helen (Bajek) Jones; and his sister, Anna Mae Taylor.

Don did not want any services and planned to be interred in Mansfield Memorial Park.
