Rosalee Mullins, age 77, passed away early Friday morning, April 1, 2022, at her home. She was born February 24, 1945, in Franklin Furnace, Ohio, to the late Beulah (Gollihue) and Robert Miller.
She graduated from Green High School and on November 12, 1963, married Charles “Chip” Mullins. They lived in California but moved to Ohio in 1968. She worked at Universal Enterprises as a Quality Control Inspector. Rosalee was a faithful Christian woman and attended Shelby Church of God. She enjoyed gardening, horseback riding, and caring for her dogs, but by far her most favorite activity was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Rosalee is survived by her husband of 58 years, Chip Mullins; son, Chet Mullins; great-grandchildren, Domanick Mullins and Kash Taylor-Lynch; two sisters, Judy Daugherty and Dawn (Dan) Thompson; and three special friends, Vicki Short, Stacy Smith and Lori Gobby. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Chad Mullins; grandchildren, Jacob and Jessica Mullins; and eight siblings, Robert Miller, Joyce Craig, Jack Miller, Wayne Miller, David Miller, Nick Miller, Mike Miller and Paulette Boggs.
The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 9, 2022, at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road. The funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Rick Lewis officiating. She will be laid to rest in Mansfield Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
