Donald Woerth, 92, of Mansfield, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
Donald was born October 17, 1928 in Mansfield, to Louis and Laura (Schnabble) Woerth. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps during peacetime. On December 26, 1946 he married his sweetheart, Donna Jean Stahl Woerth, with whom he shared 65 years together until her passing on May 27, 2012. He retired from truck driving and enjoyed fishing, bowling, and playing softball.
Donald is survived by four children, Bonnie and John Hamilton, George and Debbie Woerth, Debbie and Rick Prince, and Penny and Dave McKenna; eleven grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and son-in-law, Jerry Unruh.
Along with his wife, Donna, Donald was preceded in death by his parents; son, Donald E. Woerth Jr; daughter, Laura Unruh; granddaughter, Jessica McKenna; brothers, George Woerth, Bobbie Woerth and Kenneth Woerth; and sister, Mary Kay Glaze.
No services are planned at this time. Private burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park.
