She was born in Draper, KY to the late Louis Cass Ringley and Evalene Gailey Ringley.
She met the love of her life in 1962 and married him, David L. Hart, in 1963. They spent 59 beautiful years together. Over this time, they also were also dedicated to numerous area Church plants and attended them regularly.
A loving mother and homemaker, Jewell was a wonderful cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends, most especially over the holidays. Jewell worked and volunteered for numerous church functions and food banks. In recent years while fighting her kidney disease, she continued working side by side with her daughters.
She enjoyed playing cards with her family and loved to spend time playing bingo with her friends. In the years prior to her passing, she loved attending Cleveland Indians games with her family.
