Obituary
Mansfield: Marilyn Jean Miller, 85, of Mansfield passed away at home, Saturday May 28, 2023 following a brief illness.
The daughter of Fred and Helen (Budd) Sass, Marilyn was born April 5, 1939 in Mt. Gilead and graduated from Mansfield Senior High School in 1957.
Marilyn had worked for Mansfield Telephone, and as manager for Park National Bank in Mansfield.
She was a member at St. Peters Catholic Church. She also enjoyed playing the piano and accordion.
She is survived by her husband Robert Joseph “Joe” Miller of Mansfield; daughter Susan (Tobby) Shire; granddaughter April (Gary) Coffman; great grandchildren James, Emily and Abigail; brother Robert Taylor.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 10 am in the Lexington Avenue Snyder Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Kidney Association or St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital.
